Care & Use Instructions

We recommend hand washing with hot water and mild soap. You can also mix one part vinegar and five parts water to clean and sanitize. We recommend after each use you lightly season your wood board with a food-safe mineral oil, to prolong its life and appearance. Store your boards in a dry area and away from extreme temperatures.
