All shipments made by TURGLA will be designated as F.O.B. Origin (Beltsville, MD 20705). Under this policy, the customer takes ownership and responsibility for the goods as soon as they leave our facility. Customers are responsible for all freight charges, insurance, and any related expenses from the moment the products leave our facility. The customer can select their preferred carrier and arrange transportation. Return Authorization will only be issued for unused products, in original cartons, within 90 days of original purchase. Returns must be pre-approved by TURGLA Customer Service via a Return Authorization (R.A.). All returns will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
